REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased from Melusio must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any items included as part of the packaging.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your wish to return or exchange an item, and a further 14 days to send the item back.

EU customers: Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Refund Process:

  • Full refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for EU customers where we will reimburse the standard delivery cost of the original shipment as required by EU law
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

How to Initiate a Return: To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@melusio.com with your order number. We'll respond promptly with instructions and a return authorization.

Sizing Assistance: We strongly recommend customers reach out to us at support@melusio.com before ordering if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or product details. We're here to help ensure you get the right size the first time!

Important Notes:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for refund processing
  • EU customers: refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item, as required by EU law
  • Refunds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@melusio.com with photos. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
